Are you ready for your favorite retired Scentsy Bars to duke it out in the arena? The reaping begins Oct. 14, 2013, when citizens gather to select their tributes. Your favorite tributes will defend their scent, and the top 20 will meet their end in a Scentsy Warmer near you.

Here’s how it works:
Oct. 14 – 25: More than 400 retired Scentsy fragrances will fight to the death, narrowing the count to 30. (You may submit up to 30 times for a total of 90 votes.)
Oct. 28 – Nov. 1: The top 30 tributes go clamshell-to-clamshell in the waxbath of all waxbaths. Only 20 fragrances will be victorious and come out of the arena with their scents-es intact. Your votes are critical!
Dec. 1: The top 20 Scentsy Fragrance tributes will be announced and can be purchased on their Victory Tour in January 2014.

Goals! What are your goals?
In life we set all kinds of goals to help us in areas of our lives and we do the same in our businesses. As I think about the goals I want for my business I thought I would be transparent and share them with you because in the long run, you are very important to my business goals, whether you are my customer or part of my team.

Goals ~
1. To be the best consultant to my customers. This is my most important goal. Customer service is important to me and i will keep striving to do better.
2. To be the best leader I can be for my team. I have the best team (and I'm not just saying that) and I want to help them succeed in their business. I can't make them successful. Only they can do that but I will be available for them! We are more than consultants. We are family!!
3. My next few goals are for me and my business. My goal is to reach the top title of SuperStar Director by December 31st. I can only reach this goal with the help from my customers and my team. I never dreamed I would be one title away of making it to the top of this awesome business. I'm serious!! I did not get into this thinking I would make a career of it. God has blessed my business!! And I am so thankful for His blessings. What kind of help do I need to get there? I need parties! I need to be loaded down with parties over the next several months. So if you can help I would greatly appreciate it!! It can be a home party or an "on the go party" or any other crazy ideas that you my have!! Please contact me so we can get your party on my calendar!
4. My other goal is to qualify for the Incentive Trip! I have been blessed to have qualified for the past two trips and all I can say is WOW! They know how to spoil their consultants!! If I qualify for myself and for a guest, I will be taking my sister who has not had vacation by herself for the past three years! What do I need to do to qualify? Again, loads of parties and recruiting...sharing the love of Scentsy to people who are thinking about joining me on this journey. If you know someone who would be good at selling Scentsy, please let me know! I would love to talk Scentsy with them! They would have the same opportunity to qualify or the trip as well!!
