Wax Not Melting

If you find that your wax is not melting around the edges of your warmer, it may be time to replace the light bulb. Make sure you get the right wattage for your warmer:

Plug-In - 15 Watt
Mid-Size - 20 Watt
Full-Size - 25 Watt

These low wattage light bulbs may be hard to find in the stores. If you need some ordered, let me know. They are only $1 through Scentsy. Stock up now!

If it's a new light bulb, make sure that the warmer is not sitting near a drafty area, such as an A/C vent or a ceiling fan.  These drafts can "cool" the light bulb so that it does not get warm enough to melt the wax.
