Heidi and Orville will fly to New York to present a check for $533,880 to Autism Speaks™ President Mark Roithmayr this Thursday, September 29. The donation represents 100% of the net profits of the sale of the Piece by Piece Charitable Cause Warmer in the U.S. and Canada, as well as 100% of the net profits of the sale of the 2011 Convention Commemorative Boot Warmer.
Autism Speaks is an international organization which funds global research, spreads awareness, and provides hope to families whose children receive this complex diagnosis.

As a side note, many of you sent us touching letters telling us that you have family members or friends who are affected by autism, and expressing profound gratitude that Scentsy was supporting the mission of Autism Speaks through sales of the Piece by Piece Warmer.
